Facilities on the Heath

The Heath is 214.5 hectares (530 acres) owned and managed by the National Trust.

Parking is available in the main car park and the smaller Brimmer car park on the west side of Headley Common Road and a small overflow car park on the east side.

All three are pay & display, £4 per day or free for National Trust members. Visitors can pay by mobile phone (JustPark) at the two main car parks

For most days throughout the year, a caravan in the main car park sells hot food, sandwiches and drinks.

There are no toilet facilities on the Heath.   Benches are provided across the Heath for the weary walker

The Heath is criss-crossed with paths and includes two marked Lizard and Military Trails.  Notice boards in the main car park display a map of the Heath and other information and help.
